If you do not find the answer to your question, please call 405.262.3244 or email office@robinglenn.com

Q. What times of day can I order reports?

A. The RGP system is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the occasional exception.

Q. What are my rights concerning RGP reports once I have purchased them? I see the information is copyrighted.
A. You CAN post the actual RGP report on your website and use the information for all promotions concerning that horse. You CANNOT publish the report as your own, nor can you resell the data. The RGP logo, copyright notice and disclaimer must be visible anytime you use the actual report on the web or in an ad.

Q. What events does RGP keep results on?
A. A list of events in the RGP database can be found at this link:
http://www.robinglenn.com/eventtracking.htm

Q. Does the RGP database contain any race horse information?
A. The RGP database records year-end leading sire and dam stats for race horses. For all other race horse information, you need to use
www.EquineLine.com

Q. What program should I use to open my records files?
A. Any Internet browser will open your files (examples: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome).

Q. How do I store my reports to my hard disk?
A. Right click on the filename, choose "Save Target," choose the folder on your computer that you want to save the file to, and click "Save."

Q. Can the RGP system separate out events; for example, produce a record limited to reining horses only?
A. No. All activities are combined into one record on each horse, with one total earnings figure.

Q. I ordered RGP data but I never got anything.
A. Email
office@robinglenn.com or call Robin Glenn Pedigrees if your records files do not appear on your main login page within one hour.

Q. Why can't I get all foals by a stallion?
A. At this time you must contact Robin Glenn Pedigrees to obtain a record with more than the top 50 foals by a stallion.

Q. What does "CHECK APHA PRODUCE" on an RGP report mean?
A. That the mare has performing APHA foals. APHA records are free to members at
www.APHA.com.

Q. What does "DAM OF [HORSE NAME] (P)" on an RGP report mean?
A. This notifies users that the mare has non-AQHA foals.

Q. Does RGP have every double-registered AQHA/APHA horse documented?
A. No. We document them as we discover them. We do not guarantee that every double-registered horse is documented in our database, nor that every dam of a performing paint is documented.

Q. Some of the RGP performance lines don't look quite complete. Why is that?
A. Older horses may have limited data and (as seen most often), the money was not available for documentation. Foreign data may also be limited.

Q. Why are unshown horses in the RGP database?
A. All horses registered by the National DNA Registry (all furnished to RGP) appear in the RGP database, shown or unshown. Cross-references (records letting you know that a mare has produced a non-AQHA performer, or that a horse is double registered) may also be unshown.

Q. I Know the horse I requested was shown. Why doesn't the RGP system have that record?
A. If the horse was shown under a different name or spelling from what you entered, or you have typo'd the horse's name, the system won't find it. Otherwise, your horse may have been shown in an event that RGP was unable to obtain results for. Also, the RGP system does not record breed association point shows. Those must be obtained from the breed association.

Q. A mistake on an RGP report caused me a problem. What recourse do I have?
A. Robin Glenn Pedigrees, Inc. (RGP) is not responsible for errors in its data and makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information provided. Each purchaser/user accepts this information under these conditions. However, we would appreciate being informed of the error and will send you a corrected report free.
